This might be a really silly question, but I'm rather clueless about yeast, as it's something I've never dealt with before. I have a yeast/fungal infection in my lungs (http://mothering.com/discussions/sho....php?t=1132046), and I'm wondering if it's okay to go out in public, or how easily this is going to get transmitted to my family. I'm coughing (not a ton, but definitely more than normal; mostly when I try to take a very deep breath, talk for a while, or laugh), so I'm wondering if I can send it over to someone else like that. Also, I'm nursing both boys (and I'm pg), so I'm wondering if it can be transmitted to the children through my milk, since it's systemic yeast.
