Tell me if you think these things are connected:

Athlete's foot
Warts (on hands, not genitals)
Vaginal yeast infection
Thrush on nipples

Am I overgrown with yeast/fungus? Should I start with gut healing stuff, or is the external stuff unrelated and need separate treatment? I tend to say no, it is all related, but I was reading a dr or someone say that they have separate causes.

While each may be caused by a different yeast/fungus I would suggest looking beyond the symptoms towards a root cause. That's an awful lot of issues to have if you have a healthy immune system, gut, etc. My first thought would be gut issues...

Warts are viral, the rest are fungal. I believe that if we have fungal issues externally, we likely have them internally as well, so I would treat accordingly.
