I have what seems to be a chronic yeast infection and I'm wondering if it might actually be an allergic reaction. I know I'm 100% intolerant to Gluten (though, have been eating it anyway
), and I know I have a few other food allergies.

I'm going to be starting an elimination diet and so far, I've decided to eliminate dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, potato, corn, fish, and processed food. Any other foods I should eliminate?

A few things, I'm pretty sure I'm not allergic to...how long before I introduce them back? Do I just introduce one thing at a time, and then wait a few days for a reaction?

Any resources? Especially resources to figure out what the heck I'm going to eat?

Thanks!

Also eliminate all sugars, because not only do they feed the yeast, they are a common cause of food intolerance. And along with wheat, rye, and barley, you probably want to eliminate oats, too, since they are often cross-contaminated with gluten.
