My nurse practioner called me to tell me I have a yeast infection (results from my 13 week pregnancy physical). I have absolutely no symptoms at all. She feels I should treat it because I am pregnant, I am surprised I would have one ... wouldn't I know? I have had them before and definately knew one was present.

After my second pregnancy I never felt yeast infections. I don't feel UTI's either. Sometimes you just don't feel them.
