Which works better for training the abs - yoga or pilates?
And just in case you need info to give me a recommendation: I'm at a healthy weight already, have a hard time fitting in work outs, but I do manage to do a strength training tape at least 2 times a week. just want to tighten & flatten...

for me the pilates worked better for abs. maybe that's because i've been doing yoga for some long (before, during, and after baby). i've just started the pilates and i think teaching an "old dog new tricks" has been the key for me. my belly is starting to firm up!

I'm voting for pilates also. A friend of mine recommended it when I was complaining about my pooch from pregnancy that wouldn't go away no matter what exercise I did. Pilates is actually making the pooch disappear
