We are having our annual Independence Day Barbecue, and I want to send out a special invitation to all of you. It is on July 4th at 2:00 pm. We provide hamburgers and hotdogs (I know, not all that healthy, but hey, it's tradition!), lemonade and iced tea. Others bring a side dish to pass (although it's not required). If you want something different to barbecue (organic, nitrate free hotdogs?), please bring it and we will be happy to put it on the grill for you. You may want to bring a lawn chair or two.
We'll have a wading pool set up for the kids. We'll try to get the volleyball net set up, too.
If you think you might like to come, please pm me for directions and my phone number (I'm not putting this information out on the internet!). It doesn't have to be a definite yes, or anything. This is a really flexible, informal type of thing.
