Has anyone tried the You Are Your Own Gym program by Mark Lauren? I recently got the book and the app and I am very interested. If you haven't heard of it the program consists of various bodyweight exercises that you are supposed to be able to do just about anywhere.<br><br>
You start by figuring out your fitness level and then do a 10 week series of exercises based on that level. The program is 3 days a week for about half an hour.<br><br>
If you have tried it could you let me know what you think?<br>
If you are looking to start and want a "virtual exercise buddy" let me know... I'd love to share experiences and results with people while doing the program!<br><br>
