Well, I have been using a borrowed ring sling but can never seem to get it adjusted "just right" which tends to make me just not bother with it and just carry ds. Ds is starting to want to be with mommy a little more and snuggle more and not want to be out of my sight in general. So I am finding myself in need of something a little easier and more convienient than my ring sling. I was thinking that a pouch would be best. Does anyone have reccomendations for thier fav pouch (or sling in general?)

i love my hotsling pouch, but i do find it difficult to nurse in because it isn't adjustable. but it is very simple to use as long as you get the sizing right...you might want to call customer service, they are very helpful with that.

i just got a sling from this WAHM

http://stores.ebay.com/kimzkreations-baby-slings
which was affordable, and beautifully made, plus i was helping out a WAHM which i always like...i have tried ring slinsg before and not enjoyed them, but this one is very easy to use.
I love Hotslings and highly recommend them!

I had a lot of trouble with my ring sling too, at first, but I kept with it and eventually got the hang of it. I'm glad I stuck with it because I ended up using it just as much as my Hotsling. So I would make sure you give the ring sling enough of a chance before giving up.

I have a Kangaroo Korner adjustable fleece. I LOVE it! I have to admit, it's not getting much use on these warm days. I want to buy a cotton one, but don't have the $$$ right now.

I have one from Wise Woman Slings. It's a combo of a pouch and a ring sling.Much easier for me than just a regular ring sling.I really like it.

I had a Lucky Baby pouch and a Hotsling. They were both great...I think I preferred the Hotsling slightly because the little bit of stretch made it easier to get the baby in and out. The Lucky Baby was cuter, though!

Same here, I never could get a ring sling to work for me and it even took me a little while to get comfortable with the pouch but I use my Lucky Baby pouch regularly because it is soo easy to get dd in and out of, esp now that she is walking and wants to be up/down all the time.

For an adjustable pouch ( great to share or if you lose baby weight or need to wear over a coat) - my favorite is a Mamma's Milk with the Wise Woman sling a close second

For a fitted pouch, I loves Hotslings when dd was a newborn. But I really like Karma Baby and Urban Pouch for carrying my toddler
