<p>Do you have a favourite way to prepare a sirloin tip roast?<br><br>
There are so many variations:  cooking at two temps in the oven, searing, cooking at low temps for a long time, using a slow cooker...</p>

What's your favourite?  And how do you complete the meal?</p>

I have a 3 1/2 lb roast to cook tomorrow and I'm not sure which method to use.</p>

<p>I serve it with the veggies that cook with the roast, maybe saute some mushrooms to include with the meal.  And fresh bread for mopping up the sauce/gravy along with mashed potatoes.</p>
