I wanted to share a yummy salad idea that I made last summer that keeps calling to me. I made it again today and it is sooo good. It's so simple too:<br><br>
Broccoli Rabe (one bunch)<br>
Bleu Cheese<br>
Balsamic Vinegar (Or another kind if you don't like balsamic)<br>
Olive Oil<br>
One Pear<br><br>
Just cut up the raw broccoli rabe into edible size pieces, stems and all. Crumble bleu cheese over it to taste. Slice up the pear into bit-size pieces, and then drizzle olive oil and balsamic over it to taste. Toss it all together and enjoy, or keep it in the fridge til you're ready to eat! So yummy!
