We all know that staying hydrated is important, but personally my taste buds have gone wonky. So... how to get all that water we need?<br><br>
I'm taking a cue from the mojito! A couple sprigs of mint, a tiny dash of lime juice (lemon or some fresh fruit would be great, too), a dash of sugar. Crumple the miint leaves and add lots of nice, cold water and a couple of ice cubes.<br><br>
