I would keep working on it. She just might be comfy in that diagonal position. You could visit www.spinningbabies.com for info on optimal fetal positioning. There's also a booklet called Optimal Foetal Positioning (the 'foetal' is spelled correctly) that you can google info about.

do lots of h&k (hands and knees) it will help!
also avoid bucket seats at all costs and sitting with your knees abouve your hips. I too had a c/s for an aclyntic (sp?) baby and had a VBAC 17months later with no positioning problems at all

maybe head in for an adjustment at the chiro's as well. Something may just be out of wack and that's what's causing her to malposition herself as well. I second OFP as well. You'll do great!
