DD has gotten about 7 or 8 zits on her bum!?!? Like REAL zits. We haven't changed anything in our diapering routine and we haven't tried any new materials, etc. She is actually in diapers a lot less, since we are potty learning right now.

Any idea what these could be from, or how to get rid of them?

Do they have the white pimply heads on them? Could they be heat rash?

No white heads....almost like a big red bump- like right before a white head shows up......

Could it be a yeast infection? My dd had one of those a few weeks ago for no apparent reason and it also looked like zits on her bum. I used Monistat (over the counter) and applied a small amount twice each day for seven days. I also made sure she ate some yogurt each day and added a touch of tea tree oil to her wipes solution.

How long have they been there? DS's chicken pox started out in his diaper zone, then spread to the rest of his body.

They've been there maybe 3 days. I might go get some Monistat today then.......
