When I googled how to make rice noodles, the all recipes I got had a thin batter that you cooked like a crepe and then cut.
That's WAY to much work for me. Is it possible to just make them like a regular noodle -- mix rice flour with a little water to make dough and pass them through my pasta maker and cook in boiling water? Anyone tried it?
