That wouldn't fly in the US but I imagine Italy is a lot more tolerant

 

yes here it is more tolerated, as I was saying both my daughters and other girls of their age are naked at the beach and they are naked in our house too

 

At 9 I was already getting boobs and pubes so no way would I have wanted to be nude anywhere let alone a beach.

 

Nudity itself isn't shameful, as long as you're in private or in a designated nudist area such as a nude beach nobody cares about these things.

When I was that age I didn't cover up, the thought never once crossed my mind. Same for my daughters. Certainly my youngest daughter has no shame when it comes to this, she's quite an exhibitionist. She loves showing off her body. In hindsight, even back then she already had some exhibitionist tendencies although at the time I thought nothing of it.

 

I think it's a very normal thing for them to be naked on the beach, in fact my daughters, aged 10 and 8, and their little friends, are always naked on the beach.
