I've never made bone broth and have been doing lots of reading on here. It seems simple enough but I am wondering about the 'gelling'.
What is the consistency? Is it still a liquid or does it become like a jello mold?
For those who drink the broth, do you drink it while it's in that 'gel'-like state? (that sounds really gross to me
