Buy Clomid online?

I was wondering whether it was possible to buy Clomid online without prescription? (And get it sent to NZ?)

Has anyone successfully bought Clomid online? Or does anyone know of where you can buy stuff online without getting ripped off?

I saw this website http://my-pharmacy-shop.com/product_clomid.htm but I have no idea whether or not I would just be sending my money into an abyss?

I do NOT suggest taking Clomid without a prescription. There is a reason it is a prescription drug. There are very serious side effects and risks with it, and unless you actually NEED it (in which case your doctor will give you a prescription) there is no reason to take it.

Thank you for the reply - I'm just thinking about possibilities at the moment. Of course before actually taking anything I would speak to my doctor and read as much as I could to make sure I wasn't doing anything stupid.

Specialised health care in NZ is very very costly, or you simply have to wait forever and meet very strict criteria on the public health system. I want to know about buying it online in case it is a viable option for me. Any ideas?

How do they decide whether you need it or not?

I keep thinking this is the root of my problems as I never get super positive OPKs (they get almost as dark as the control line, but never equal or darker). Although the last two months I have noticed that I have had tender breasts during the 2WW and I thought that that was a symptom of progesterone, which indicated ovulation had happened.

Confused. And feeling a bit desperate. My donor will be leaving the country in about 5 months and because of other commitments that only leaves me with maybe 2 or 3 more tries. I am worried I don't have enough time for tests which the doctor might want to run.

You probably won't need any specialized tests to take Clomid.

I'm not saying this is right, but it's how it's done in the US - I've had three docs (GP, OB, and RE) offer to prescribe Clomid, to be taken CD 3-7, 100 mg, with no monitoring on their end whatsoever.

I have done that same protocol of 100 mg Clomid twice in the past, and the second cycle, I recruited at least four viable follicles and three or four other small ones (not sure how many popped) as recorded on ultrasound.

So let that be a cautionary tale - I, personally, wouldn't do Clomid without ultrasound follicle counts, but most doctors would happily write an Rx for it without that and without any diagnostics first. Clomid is widely considered the first step in infertility treatment and most OBGYNs hand it out like it's candy.

It's also not very expensive - one month worth was about $40 CDN for me.
