i've got TWO huge zunchini's to use up.

I also want to do zuchini chips in teh dehydrator--do I have to soak in anything of just dry em out?

any ideas besides drying a box of apricots?

Mine weren't that good, but frosting helped!! I did Gumtex (karaya gum) instead of flax-eggs, and should've used a little more sweetener. But if I remember right, I think this recipe needs to sit a little, to get the right consistency. So I'll have another one later. And I wanted walnuts in them, but DD2 didn't.

I used to make zucchini chips in the oven. All I did was slice them really thin (with a mandoline), sprinkle salt on them, and put them in the oven at the lowest temp for several hours till crisp. They were really good. So I don't think you need to soak them in anything.

Oh my goodness Kathy!!! they were SOO good--even without the AMAZING frosting.

I made the carrot muffins/bread --with zuchini--did I mention they were PERRFECT? like texture and EVERYTHING!!!

and to add to it--I THEN made the creamy vanilla frosting that tastes JUST LIKE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING!! our life is fulfilled--SOO good! thank you!!
