Need help ladies
Our whole family just has lots of mucous.
Me - constantly blowing my nose. Mostly clear mucous. Also just dripping mucous from other parts. For me it doesn't seem to impede my sleeping, I'm not that congested. My ears are also blocked.
Adam - he seems to have swollen nasal passages. There isn't mucous dripping from his nose but you can hear it when he breathes & sometimes when he sleeps. His congestion has been waking him up at night.
Isabella - She is also a mucous factory. Always wiping her nose (refuses to blow) and she mouth breathes at night.
Would you think its related to a food allergy. Something we're all still consuming. Or are there other causes?
I seem to recall some discussion related to histamine or something but I can't quite remember. Was it the Mo/b6/b12?
