Hey everyone,
dd has been doing great the past 2 weeks and finally at baseline. Then yesterday she spit up all day and was up all night. Today she had 2 mucousy poops. The only thing different with my diet was honey, which i got from the farmer's market on Sunday. Is it possible this is a reaction to honey? I did eat alot of it when I was pregnant, but haven't had any since she has been born.

Honey is good for SEASONAL allergies (it helps you build up tolerance to pollens). I don't know that it helps with food allergies/intolerances. My DD2 couldn't have honey either (though I think she just got it back after 14 months!). ANY food can cause ANY symptom.
