I had to let some of my milk kefir go for 10 days while I was out of town. I put it in the fridge but it still got really cultured. It was very separated and too sour for my tastes, though not bad tasting at all. Anyway, I put it in a bath with some epsom salt and my skin feels SO smooth right now! It was wonderful. I got the idea off the kefir thread (which I can't find) so I just wanted to share
