DD cut the tag off and went to put it on and it was too small. Cute dark blue with lighter blue swirls $10.00ppd.

I can accept all forms of pp, if cc please include the fees.

I'd say in between. It gathers at the neck and thinner straps criss cross in back but attach pretty high up. I bought it for DD to use for swimming/diving lessons so it would definitely stay in place. I'll get you a pic later today.
