YogaBirth is an 8 week, 16 session journey designed to empower you with current childbirth education, and help you feel relaxed and in control of the most memorable part of your life: pregnancy and childbirth.
Studies show that babies "remember" their time in the womb, showing preference to the voices, music and stories they were introduced to in the prenatal period.
Your reactions to stress and joy create chemical reactions that affect your baby's developing brain.

When you feel relaxed, you encourage the emotional health of your developing baby. YogaBirth Prenatal Yoga classes explore the relationship between your relaxation and your baby's developing brain, with poses designed to create a burst of oxytocin, filling you both with "love hormone."

Alison Cutts has a unique way of integrating prenatal yoga postures with childbirth education.
Alison is both a Riverflow Yoga hot yoga teacher and a midwife in training who has attended the birth of more than 35 babies just this year.
She is currently in school for midwifery and works with a well-respected midwife to catch babies, encapsulate placentas, and make childbirth a heartwarming experience.
